How long will my order take to arrive?
We process and ship orders Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days.
You’ll get a notification and tracking number via email when a tracking number has been created. It may take a few hours for tracking to show updates after a label has been created, depending on the carrier.
Please note: All delivery timeframes are estimates and exclude processing time.
United States: 2–6 business days
Australia: 4–8 business days
New Zealand: 5–10 business days
Canada: 6–11 business days
United Kingdom: 4-8 business days

How much is shipping?
We offer Worldwide Standard Shipping at a flat rate of $8 AUD.
Please note: Heavier products such as yoga mats, weighted bands, and hand weights will incur a higher shipping fee due to their size and weight. This ensures your order is delivered safely and efficiently with trusted couriers. The estimated shipping cost will be displayed at checkout once you select your shipping method.
Due to the weight and nature of these items, our weighted collection is currently available for shipping within Australia only. We hope to expand this offering internationally in the future.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to Australia, New Zealand, the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom.
What shipping carriers do you use?
We ship with trusted carriers such as Australia Post, DHL, FedEx, YunExpress, USPS, UPS, and 4PX, depending on your location and the size or weight of your order.
Please note: If your order contains items sourced from different suppliers, your items may be shipped separately. Each package will be dispatched with its own tracking number. You will receive tracking details for each shipment once your order has been dispatched.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time we only ship within Australia, New Zealand, the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom.
